avneesh-nigam-full-bodyAvneesh Nigam has purposefully created and grown companies in the greater Chicago, greater Denver, and Boulder marketplaces. His current interests are in expanding his opportunities in the San Francisco, Bay Area marketplace.

Avneesh is actively involved in the leadership of a myriad of progressive businesses in the Healthcare and Real Estate industries. His role as a Founder, Managing Partner, Executive Vice President of Finance, Marketing, Operations and HR allow him to be involved from the inception of start-ups to the growth of well-established companies. He achieved his MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University writing his thesis on United States Software Companies Outsourcing to India, Finance work at University of California Berkeley Extension, undergraduate major in Economics and minor in Business Administration from University of Colorado Boulder and is a 1996 graduate of Culver Academies; Black Horse Troop. He has presented at and facilitated numerous business community events from Brand Marketing for Start-Ups during a Recession to Social Media Essentials to Employee Healthcare for HR. Furthermore, he presented and co-paneled seminars on Landlord and Tenant Negotiations in Real Estate at the Global Workspace Association Conference 2009 in San Diego, CA. Upon earning his MBA, Avneesh implemented his business plans and opened additional companies in both Healthcare and Real Estate Development. Adding to an already landmark venture of a 75,000 SF mixed-use commercial development; labeled “A Pioneering Project” and a “Flagship development” by business and political leaders in the local community.

Avneesh’s passion for creating and implementing strategies for businesses in multiple industries stems from his knowledge gained from various marketplaces across the United States and India. His ability to listen, work hand in hand with employees and transform vision into revenue production has surpassed the needs of businesse. Perseverance and flexibility to the macro economic impacts and requirements of the target markets have been integral to Avneesh’s accomplishments. Where work ethic and positive outcomes bring these adjectives to life.

Avneesh’s proven success within Healthcare, Real Estate Development, Asset Management and the Shared Office Space industries does not limit his capabilities.
